This helps you make better use of your Web site and manage online marketing. It captures field values from e-mail in Outlook or any MAPI-compliant mail client to build a database. You can then call on this to generate targeted mailing lists or produce bulk e-mail and address labels. Field values can be generated from any Web form. Send targeted e-mail responses and print targeted address labels with or without reference codes. All functions are accessed through a wizard-style interface. You can export and import data to and from other databases. It performs de-duping and merging of records and you can even edit the contents manually. There are automatic subscribe and unsubscribe options for mail recipients and advanced data back-up options. You can build Web forms with the included templates or your own. This also lets you set validations for each field type and generate form-mail scripts for UNIX or Windows servers. There is also an FTP wizard. Mailing lists are built using various filters, and you can save them for repeat target mailings. You can preview and edit the mailing lists before sending, and add signatures and unsubscribe requests in the footer. You can send mail in plain text or HTML. You can format address labels from data collected using popular Avery and Dymo label sizes. New label sizes can even be downloaded from the support pages of the author s Web site. You can preview Avery labels after generating a mailing list and edit the entries before printing.
