ProcOff monitors up to 3 processes and initiates computer shutdown if none of the processes are active for a specified length of time. It can be started manually, on start up or automatically via the Windows Task Scheduler. The process names and many other parameters can be configured via the configuration screen. The program normally runs in the System Tray. Requires a registration code (free for personal non commercial use).
