An utility for scheduling the Windows shut down. You can set several conditions (date/time, interval, user activity, CPU activity & network transfer) and has several types of shut down (power off, restart, hibernate, lock session...). Immediate shut down from the taskbar icon. Option of executing a program before the shutdown and security features like anti-close protection and password protection. Command line support for batch processing.
