This program allows users on the network to receive faxes on screen and send faxes from their PCs. It can merge a document onto a letterhead and generate a coversheet automatically if required before sending. One PC on the network is set up to be the fax server. Connected to this PC are one or more fax modems or fax cards. Documents for sending can be created using word processors and spreadsheets. Faxes can also include graphics images such as signatures.
