This multi-user help desk software system offers standard helpdesk request processing in addition to inventory management, knowledge base, network diagramming, service status reporting and change management. It can also be used by IT support companies to automate their administration and keep track of their clients help requests. Clients log into a Web interface to check on the progress of their requests and view how many hours they have remaining on their support contracts.
