This enhancement to Microsoft Outlook can save you from e-mail overload. It helps you to spot important e-mails by automatically categorizing messages received from those in your address book separately from spam, e-zines and lists. With a single click this can hide all the junk and show only the e-mails you want. You can quickly search across tens of thousands of e-mail messages and save your search criteria to rerun the search at any time. This also automatically organizes your mail so you can see to and from messages for each person in a single view. It indexes each e-mail as it comes in, so you can view by sender, date, attachment or status.
