MDAccess is a Charting and Reporting program that displays data from MDA (Multi-Dimensional Access/Sql Server) Databases, and is essentially a wrapper and interface to the MDA Databases. It provides easy Access and Manipulation of that data, displaying selected subsets of that data in Chart or Spreadsheet Report form. MDA Databases are a type of OLAP Database, which are discussed in this Wikipedia web site:OLAP Databases MDA Databases can be Constructed by any of the following software programs: MDAccess ETR PointMan Reporter With Source Data coming from any of the following types of data sources: Access databases Excel Spreadsheets Oracle databases Sql Server databases Selected subsets of data can easily be made and rotated by the different Dimensions to display those subsets of data in various orientations and Plot Types. Data can then be downloaded to Excel for further Display and Examination.
