ScanAndHost has developed Eureka! the most user friendly, affordable document management solution on the market today. Right from your own office your company can scan and upload files to an online e-cabinet created just for you. ScanAndHost provides your company with the tools to efficiently and effectively convert your files and upload them to your secure database hosted by ScanAndHost, giving anyone within your office instant online access to your company s files and giving them much more powerful file search and retrieval capability. With Eureka! you can create your online filing structure to mirror your physical files, breaking them down by file drawer name, individual file name, all the way down to the name of the contents of the file. Or, if your company files differently, you can tailor the filing structure in Eureka! to fully match how your files are currently filed today in their paper form. After documents have been uploaded to your online e-cabinet, they are put through a process called OCR (Optical Character Recognition) which makes printed text keyword searchable. For example, locate a single invoice out of thousands in mere seconds just by entering the invoice number. Eureka! also allows users to add electronic notes to files, view files in thumbnail view to more quickly scroll through a file containing several pages. Users also can print documents and email files and documents directly from the Eureka! program.
