When viewing checkers games, I have to consider all of the features that could be possibly be thrown in and take away points for those that were omitted. Actual Checkers, outside of 3D acceleration and network support, does a good job of offering almost every feature that I can imagine. And not everyone needs 3D acceleration. The interface may be full of information, but it is presented well, seperating non-pertinent information from things that you will use often. The window, board and pieces are completely skinnable so it doesn t get stale. There are quite a few options that you will never even think to use, but they are there if you need them. The demo locks out several features, including multi-player and name change, but it gives you a chance to play against some of the computer s various personas. -==KapTeNKrYloN==-
