This is an interface program for the NCBI BLAST Bioinformatics service. It reads whole multi-FATSA data, splits it, submits each datum continuously to the NCBI BLAST server without reducing the search speed, and retrieves the search results. The search results will be displayed in both of bar graph and summary table with full definitions. Summary tables can be exported in CSV format to be transferred to spread sheet programs.
