It also allows entry of personal and company information; has customizable payment sources; has customizable currency and currency rates; performs automatic currency conversions; separates payments by reimbursable, non-reimbursable, or deductible expenses; and assigns expenses by location, purpose, company code, or cost center. Additionally, custom links to your company s expense reports can be created by the user or can be customized by the authors.
