AutoCAD-compatible, this 3D CAD program runs on your PocketPC. There are three versions available: CeCAD view lets you view and redline files, CeCAD for full file viewing and editing and CeCAD pro, which is the programmable version. It can read DXF/DWG and can be programmed in LISP and C/C++ with a desktop program like FelixCAD.
