This program addresses the needs of a varied and complex marketplace that requires a PDA solution for sales force automation, remote order entry and remote inventory control. This program has a universal interface that allows SumWare REMOTE to interface with any business system once the appropriate drivers have been installed. The primary features are the ability to instantly scan a barcode; access product and customer information; create multiple open orders; and print invoices, quotes or orders. The HotSync utility permits the transfer of data to remote systems as required. This program acts as a repository for the data gathered by PDAs, allowing retrieval of any order, invoice or quote that has been downloaded. It also supports reprinting.
