FoldedCat is decidedly lo-tech, but with a reason. By using simple text files for the category list, it is easily searchable with Sherlock or any other file/disk contents search utility. And, of course, you can create folders yourself. FoldedCat allows you to be consistent in what names you use, and you can create multiple folders in a single shot. FoldedCat also helps to organize source code snippets and resource collections like icons and graphics.
