This tool converts Quicken Interchange Format banking or credit card transaction files, adding Quicken categories based on the description of each transaction. To convert a QIF file, just drop it onto QIF Convert. It removes the plus sign from transaction amounts since not all versions of Quicken allow plus signs. You also have options for cleared transactions and extracting check numbers from descriptions.
