These display windows are extremely powerful and convenient graphical tools, allowing you to study molecules stored in the Vector NTI database, edit and analyze them, prepare publication-quality figures, and visually select fragments of molecules for molecule construction and design. You can simultaneously study a molecule s functional and restriction maps, nucleotide sequence, open-reading frames, results of motif searches, PCR primer analysis and much more. The display windows also function as intuitive molecule editors, giving you a flexibility and convenience you can t find anywhere.
