StormBot can automatically ban users based on name and/or IP and IP Mask. It supports wildcards, and Stormbot even has an answering machine that will store and automatically reply to messages. It bans users who send messages over a certain threshold size, as well as 1.5 client users with private messages. StormBot sends a message at logon to guests and/or account holders. The user can search for a file on the server. The User Window allows you to message, kick/ban, or get information on users, without having to logon with the client. It also displays name, IP, socket and account.
