KVidTune is the KDE version of xvidtune. If you hate the ugly interface that comes with xvidtune, read on. Xvidtune allows you to adjust X without physically changing the settings. KVidTune does this and more. Not only does this program allow you to adjust the monitor, but it also comes with anumber of features that were missing from xvidtune. First off, it allows you to change the startupcolor depth, the startup resolution and the virtual desktop size. Secondly, it gives you a nice interface for changing the monitor and X11 specifications. All in all, it s a nice program to work with. I would highly recommend this over the standard xvidtune program any day.
